General information

Webinars and online webshop training

Ordered and paid at the same time, therefore there is no possibility to change/cancel your purchase.

Payment is charged to your card when your purchase is completed on the website. The digital access may not be shared, redistributed or otherwise given to anyone other than you as the purchaser.

The live stream of the training you purchase is available for a minimum of one year after your purchase. You can download the material for endless access.

Yoga Classes (group or personal)

You pay for your course at least 14 days before the start date. I will receive your payment and send you an invoice immediately if desired.

Cancellation of a personalized course

You must cancel by 16:00 the day before your appointment. Money is non-refundable but can be rebooked for a new appointment or purchase another service.

Cancellation of a group session

Please send me a personal message if you are unable to attend the training. Cancellations made later than 3 days before the start of the course will normally not be refunded and only in special circumstances.

If you become acutely ill, you will be offered participation in another program.

Pricing

At ForeverKaren, we reserve the right to make errors in our listed prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.

Payment

ForeverKaren accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, Mastercard and MobilePay.

Right of withdrawal according to the law

According to the Distance Selling Act and the Doorstep Selling Act, you have the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you purchase the service(s).

In case of reimbursement, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account number to which the agreed amount can be returned. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with ForeverKaren, we need the following information about you:

and information about what you have purchased.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering your purchase and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Processing takes place according to the rules in the ForeverKaren.

ForeverKaren respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information submitted online and is aware of the need for appropriate protection and proper handling of all your personal information that we receive.

ATTENTION! The merchant from whom you have purchased the service(s) is an independent business. This means that she is responsible for her own sales.
